Warwick Ward Appoint 3 New Members

Continued expansion has lead to the appointment of 3 key members of staff to help improve upon the first class level of service already offered by Warwick Ward.

Steve Collins (Operations Manager)

Steve Collins has been appointed as Operations Manager, who will oversee the day to day operation of the site and ensure that the workshop and service department run as smoothly as possible. Steve brings with him a wealth of experience in similar roles and believes that great customer service is a key factor in customer satisfaction and retention. He had the following to say about his appointment, ‘I’m looking forward to it; I bring a lot of experience with me which will be focused thoroughly onto customer care and customer satisfaction, that’s my ultimate goal.’

Andy Bell (Assistant Service Manager)

Andy Bell will be joining our very busy service department as the Assistant Service Manager working directly with Dave Brennan (Service Manager) to ensure that we offer the best after sales service in the business. Having previously worked within the industry Andy is sure to be a great addition to the team and is looking forward to being part of our very successful service department.

Dale Hobson (Recycling Waste Equipment)

Dale Hobson has joined our Recycling Equipment sales team and will be selling products from our Terex Environmental Equipment and Ecohog Air & Metal Separation ranges. Dale comes from a similar background and has years of experience in the industry.
